Scheduling Process:

Appointments can be booked online 24 hours a day. 

Once your booking request is received and accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, along with a courtesy appointment reminder 24 hours prior.

If you need assistance selecting the appropriate services please feel free to reach out.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. 

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

 Cancellations + Rescheduling: 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours notice is provided. Appointments canceled, rescheduled or missed with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $20 to the card on file. 

​

No-shows will be charged 50% of the price for the service scheduled to your card on file.

​

Repeated No-Shows or last minute cancellations may affect future bookings or require payment before future appointments can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals:

Unforeseen circumstances can occur that may cause delays. We accommodate when possible however, 

If your running late for your appointment there is a 10 minute courtesy grace period. However we reserve the right to modify the service duration or, to discuss rescheduling options. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and are subject to the no-show fee.

Payment: 

Payment is due at the completion of your appointment.

Accepted forms of payment include, Cash, Credit Cards and Venmo.

 Refunds + Exchanges:

Attainable Glow strives to provide excellent service and client satisfaction. However, refunds or exchanges for completed services generally are not offered.

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address and resolve any concerns.

Children + Guests:

To provide a relaxing and safe environment for everyone Attainable Glow is exclusively an adults only environment. We kindly request that you do not bring your younger children along. Our policy is put in place due to the presence of machinery, chemicals, equipment and objects that may pose a risk to unsupervised children. During your appointment you will not be allowed to bring your children into the treatment room, and younger children cannot be left unsupervised in the front waiting area of the salon.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this matter.

The treatment room is reserved for one client and technician only. Due to limited space, If you bring a guest or someone with you, they will not be able to come into the treatment room.

There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby area of the salon.

Health + Safety:

For the safety and well-being of all clients new and existing, we kindly ask that if you are experiencing fever, vomiting flu-like symptoms or other contagious illnesses that you reschedule.

Prior to your appointment please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect your service. This will allow us to take necessary precautions or make suitable alternative arrangements if needed.

DO NOT BOOK if you are currently taking or have taken Accutane in the past 12 months, Have used topical retinoids (example: Retin-A, or Tretinoin)  in the treatment area within the past 4-7 days or if you've received Injectables within the past 2-4 weeks. Do not book if you have an active eye, skin or nail infection (conjunctivitis, styes, cold sores, fungal infection), or if you are contagious with any illness. Do not book If you have a sunburn or windburn or if you are receiving active cancer treatments - unless cleared by a Doctor.  The full list of contraindications will be provided on the paperwork each client is required to fill out at check-in. Please be aware before booking if any of these apply to you, services cannot be preformed.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All gift cards are valid for redemption for up to 1 year of purchase date. 

Please present your gift certificate at the time of your appointment.

Price Changes:

Prices are subject to change, though confirmed appointments will be honored at the price quoted when booked.

Right to refuse Service:

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if it's unsafe, not in the clients best interest or if the technician deems so. Attainable glow is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone. Any inappropriate, threatening or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future services.

Located inside the Girl Crush Salon + Spa, we are a one floor space. Please reach out prior to your appointment if you require assistance or accommodations. We will do our best to meet your needs to make you comfortable.
