BOOKING POLICIES 

Please review and familiarize yourself with the booking policies before making an appointment. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate on reaching out. I look forward to working with you and thank you for your interest in Attainable Glow.

1. Scheduling Process:

-To secure your booking a credit card on file is required. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

- Bookings can be made by completing the booking form provided or by contacting us through email or phone.

 

2. Confirmation:

- Once your booking request is received and accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, along with a 24hour appointment reminder.

- Please ensure to provide accurate contact information to avoid any communication delays.

3. Payment:

- Payment can be made at checkout.

- Accepted forms of payment include cash or credit/debit card.

4. Cancellations + Rescheduling: 

- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, that is no problem! Please give a 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.

- Accepted forms of Cancellations are by phone call/voicemail or by email. 

- Cancellations done with less than 24 hours notice,  will result in a 20% service fee to the card on file. 

- For rescheduling, I will do my best to accommodate your request based on availability.

5. No Show Policy:

- Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee to the card on file and may affect future bookings. â€‹

6. Late Arrivals:

- I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I reserve the right to modify the service duration or discuss rescheduling options. 

- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring timely appointments for all our clients.

7. Refunds + Exchanges:

- Attainable Glow strives to provide excellent service and client satisfaction. However, refunds or exchanges for completed services are generally not offered.

- If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address and resolve any concern.

8. Health + Safety:

- For the safety and well-being of all clients new and existing, we kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions that may affect your appointment. This will allow us to take necessary precautions or make suitable alternative arrangements if needed.

 

Please note  That our space is exclusively for adults.

For safety reasons, we kindly request that you do not bring your younger children along. Our policy is in place due to the presence of machinery, equipment, products, chemicals, and objects that may pose a risk to unsupervised children. 

During your appointment you will not be able to bring your children into the treatment room, 

and younger children cannot be left unsupervised in waiting area of the salon. 

 We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this matter.
