Cancellation Policy

We ask that any cancellations are done with a 24 hour notice so we may fit another client in. This can be done VIA phone call/voicemail or by e-mail. Failure to cancel appointments with 24 hours notice OR if you no-call no-show to your appointment, will result in a 50% charge of your service booked to your card on file.  ​ If you are running late we offer a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may discuss rescheduling options.
